Henry W. Lane is Professor of International Business andStrategy at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at NortheasternUniversity. He has written numerous books, articles and casestudies. Professor Lane received the 2009 Academy of Management,International Management Division's Outstanding EducatorAward. He is active as a consultant and faculty member foruniversity and corporate courses around the world and has taught atbusiness schools in Canada, France, Germany, Finland, Mexico,Colombia and Peru.
Martha L. Maznevski is Professor of OrganizationalBehavior and International Management and Director of the MBAProgram, at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) inLausanne, Switzerland. Her research focuses onhigh-performing global teams and leading people in globalcomplexity. She has published many articles and books aboutcross-cultural effectiveness, global leadership, teams, and otherinternational management topics. Her teaching spans a broadrange of international organizational behavior themes, and she hasworked in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, Australia and SouthAmerica, addressing challenges and opportunities of managing peopleglobally.
