Pierre Lescuyer - Currently working as a UMTS SystemArchitect in the Strategic Evolutions department of Nortel,France. For more than 10 years he has worked in differentR&D positions, from system and architecture design toparticipation in 3GPP and ETSI standard committees. He has producedmaterial written in English, mainly about GSM, GSM-R (the Railwaydeclination of GSM) and UMTS features or system general descriptionor specification. Most of these being intended for internal use orexternal distribution to Nortel customers.
