Professor Lou is a Professor of Structural Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology since December 2016. He was a Marie Sk?odowska-Curie Individual Fellow at the University of Southampton, UK (2017-2019), a FCT Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Coimbra, Portugal (2010-2016), a Research Fellow at Politecnico di Torino, Italy (2008-2010), and a Research Assistant/Associate. He has published 49 articles in leading international journals in the field of civil engineering.
