Clea Beatriz Macagnan is a Senior Visiting Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Accounting Science at the Federal University of Paraiba, Brazil, and Governance consultant at the Instituto Governance, Brazil. She is also a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
