DAVID PRUTCHI, PhD, received his doctorate in biomedicalengineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel. Currently, he is VicePresident of Product Development for Impulse Dynamics. He has overfifteen years of experience in biomedical and medical electronicinstrumentation research, design, and management. He has publishedover thirty papers and holds over sixty patents in the field ofactive implantable medical devices.
MICHAEL NORRIS is a senior electronics engineer for ImpulseDynamics. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a medicaldevice designer, including research, design and development ofanalog and digital circuits, microprocessors, and embeddedsoftware.
