Ahsan Ullah is an Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies (CMRS) at the American University in Cairo.

Ronald Labonté is Canada Research Chair in Globalization and Health Equity, Institute of Population Health, and Professor, Department of Epidemiology and Community Medicine, at the University of Ottawa.

Arne Ruckert is a Research Associate at the University of Ottawa's Institute of Population Health.
