He has practiced commercial law and related litigation in the UAE and other GCC countries for 16 years and has extensive experience in advising on GCC laws. He has particular experience in corporate legal structures, commercial banking, marine insurance and arbitration. He is the managing partner of Al Tamimi & Co, the largest non-affiliated law firm in the UAE. As the senior litigator of the firm, he assumes responsibility for directing the actions of the firm¿s clients through the court systems in the United Arab Emirates.
