This book offers a comprehensive analysis of the new framework of relationship between the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU) applicable since 1st January 2021, following the end of the Brexit transition period and the entry into force of the EU-UK Trade & Cooperation Agreement (TCA), concluded on Christmas Eve 2020. Über Autor(innen)

Federico Fabbrini is Full Professor of EU Law at Dublin City University, in Ireland and is the Founding Director of the Brexit Institute. He holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute and previously had academic positions at Tilburg Law School, in the Netherlands, and iCourts (the Centre of Excellence for International Courts) at the University of Copenhagen, in Denmark. Federico Fabbrini is the author of three monographs with Oxford University Press,
Brexit and the Future of the European Union (2020), Economic Governance in Europe (2016), and Fundamental Rights in Europe (2014).
