Melissa Camp, MD, MPH is a breast surgical oncologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Breast Center.

Miller, Kenneth D.
Kenneth D. Miller, M.D., a practicing medical oncologist, is an assistant professor of medicine and oncology at the Yale Cancer Center, Yale School of Medicine. He serves as the director of the Connecticut Challenge Survivorship Clinic and of the Supportive Care Program at Yale Cancer Center.

Steligo, Kathy
Kathy Steligo (SAN CARLOS, CA) is the coauthor of Living with Hereditary Cancer Risk and The Breast Cancer Book. She is a two-time breast cancer survivor.

Kenneth D. Miller, MD, a medical oncologist at the Alvin & Lois Lapidus Cancer Institute at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, is the past director of outpatient oncology at the University of Maryland's Greenebaum Cancer Center.
