Samoylov, Alexander M.
Prof. Alexander M. Samoylov graduated from Voronezh State University in 1980, Ph.D. (1985), Doctor of Science (2006 - Inorganic Chemistry). His main scientific interest is the study of the processes of growth and modification of functional parameters of AIVBVI semiconductors, which are perspective materials for chemical sensors and infrared optoelectronic devices. He wrote approximately 250 scientific and methodical publications in Russian and International periodic issues. He wrote two scientific monographs published.

Mittova, Irina Ya.
Prof. Irina Ya. Mittova graduated from Voronezh State University in 1974, Ph.D. (1977), Doctor of Science (1986 - Inorganic Chemistry). Her main scientific interest is the study of the process of heterogeneous catalysis on the surfaces of AIIIBV semiconductors.She wrote approximately 500 scientific and methodical publications in Russian and International periodic issues. She wrote two scientific monographs.
