Jessica Viven-Wilksch

Dr Jessica Viven-Wilksch is a Lecturer at Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide. Her research and teaching interests are commercial law, comparative law and private international law. She has written on the role of good faith and loyalty in contractual relations in Europe and in Australia. Jessica is the current Deputy Chair of the UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee for Australia, an organisation that fosters discussions on international trade, the current work of UNCITRAL and its impact in Australia.
