Barbara Kate Repa is an expert on employment rights who has more than 20 years of experience as a legal journalist and author covering workplace legal issues. She has also been a mediator and a consultant on workplace discrimination. She has been a guest on national radio and television including The Today Show, ABC News, NPR, CNBC, Court TV, KFI and KGO radio and has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, USA Today and other publications.

Barreiro, Sachi
Sachi Barreiro is a Nolo editor and the coauthor of The Manager’s Legal Handbook and The Essential Guide to Federal Employment Laws. Prior to joining Nolo, she practiced employment law in the private sector, specializing in workplace discrimination, wage and hour violations, and benefits and leave.
